Engage volunteers and staff in personally satisfying ways that result in Girl Scout experiences that are beneficial to girls; and also advance the awareness of how Girl Scouting helps girls build their courage, confidence and character and make the world a better place.

 Increase and strengthen the public’s awareness and support of Girl Scouting, strengthen our ability to attract and retain funders/donors, and transform underutilized resources and opportunities to better meet our needs and aspirations for girls.
